If the pictures are not digital you probably don’t have all the negatives on hand, which means if the pictures are damaged you are going to lose the image forever. The storage books allow you to easily slide in a photograph into the book, as long as the book supports the same size as your pictures. If not, the pictures are not going to fit. Photo storage boxes are boxes made specifically for holding your pictures. These boxes are the same dimensions as your pictures, so you can insert the pictures into the box, with fear of the images bouncing all over the place. This limits the amount of damage the pictures can undergo, so unless the box is sitting in a puddle of water, the images should be safe from the outside. How to Use a Storage Box

You don’t want the different pictures floating all over the place in different boxes, as it makes it difficult to locate a single image. While placing pictures into the different boxes, you are able to properly organize the pictures into the correct boxes. Of course, it isn’t always possible to completely fill up a box with the images from one event, in which case you can combine multiple envenoms, just make sure to write what is taking place on top of the box.

Now that you have the images organized, you need to insert the photographs into the boxes. Slide the images into the box so that they fit snug. Have the pictures rest up against the back end of the box, and continue to slid the remaining pictures into the box. This is going to keep the pictures tight, and it also allows you to easily pull the pictures out. You don’t want to overstuff the pictures, otherwise it is difficult to pull the images out of the box, and the pictures might actually become stuck to one another. If two images are stuck to one another for an extended period of time, the ink from one image might rub off on the other, damaging or completely ruining the images all together. When inserting the images into the box, make sure the back back side of the pictures is facing the image of the photo behind it. This way, the ink from two images is never facing one another. This is going to allow you to flip through the pictures in the photo book, without adjusting the pictures, when you are looking for a specific image.

This is done with several different formats, although photo storage boxes might be the easiest to use, and the cheapest. These boxes help you save space, and it is also going to be easier to locate desired pictures, after you have organized the contents of the photographs.
